Systém umožňuje celou řadu nadstaveb, jako je sledování pohybu hostů na akci (např. monitoring pohybu hostů u prezentačních stanovišť, či kontrolu vstupu do jednotlivých sekcí) možnost moderního a jednoduchého sběru zpětné vazby od účastníků, losování tomboly ze skutečně přítomných hostů v sále apod.

Free2go offers a full range of upgrades, such as possibility to monitor participants (for example track their activity at the presentation posts and sponsor booths, or to control or limit entries into individual expert sections with previously determined capacity). Furthermore the possibility of modern and simple participants´ feedback form, or QR codes raffle from really present guests only.

TO HOW IT WORKS

Make your life easier and get rid of lines
Free2go proceeds logically and simply step by step:

To begin with, basic event data are entered into the system and contact lists are uploaded. In case of repeated event, there is no need to input the data to the system again - the project can be easily duplicated and promptly updated. Projects of particular clients are safely stored and protected.

Next, the system enables to create a customized invitation card, registration web page and carry out e-mailing. Application works with different design styles, logotypes, and layouts. Auditorium layouts or location maps can be easily inserted. Invited guests are asked to confirm or refuse the attendance by a simple click in the received e-mail.

Thanks to a simple and smart administration of online registrations, it is easy to allocate and send out unique QR codes to all registered participants. These QR codes allow guests a quick and easy self check-in at the venue. Onsite registration of additional guests is also available. Thanks to Free2go, the organizer has the real-time data available throughout the event.

The venue entrance is secured by self check-in terminals. We naturally provide printing of name badges during additional onsite registration. The solution enables also guest tracking and monitoring during the event (it is usually being used for monitoring of sponsors´stands visitors, or restriction of entrance to particular event sections).

System enables electronic raffle drawing out of a specific set of participants (for example all visitors who checked-in at the sponsors´ stands) and also provide the possibility of electronic feedback form filled directly by participants on check-in terminals. Thanks to online solution, you obtain accurate statistics and collected feedback form data in real time.

The solution is effective and user-friendly - all information and statistics are available on a single spot. Different data can be used for immediate event evaluation (guest lists, data collected from the feedback forms, attendance statistics of a particular sponsor stand etc.) Outputs, including charts, are generated in pdf or xls and are suitable for marketing reports.
